The Diplomatic Center in Roth Gar consists of a large, open courts surrounding a main building. Stables, lodging, and guard houses are located along the outside of the courts, near the main entrance. Going into the main building, there is a short hall leading to a forum where officers, advisors and the like may meet in the presence of the Consul while he is here. On the left and right of this hall are a dining room and a more private, comfortable meeting area.
