As the military is divided into tiers, so are buildings. We only have three tiers for buildings. They are:

Every two weeks, the dice is rolled, and the character has a 50/50 chance of gaining a stat point. A character can leave the school at any time. Characters can only learn a max of 3 stat points before they have learned all they can learn, and leave the school. Once a character has been in a school for 6 weeks, they are not allowed back. Players can choose which stat they want to give points too. Players are reminded that if they miss a roll, that counts towards a characters total time in the Ealdorman's Teaching Tent.
Advanced tier
